Mental Health Booklet

“I made a short booklet with a calming design. Inside there are encouraging tips, quotes, advices, stress-relief colouring illustrations and information that may help students to feel better. The idea is that it tries to cover many possible mental health topics so a wide variety of students feel included. It presents me as a creator with the skills of designing and creative/article writing.”
